What to Expect

This project is a waterline replacement and road resurfacing that will extend from Laskey Rd. to Photos Dr. The waterline replacement will take until about mid-July, and the roadwork will begin immediately after. We anticipate all construction will be complete by early August. Please keep in mind that timelines for construction are difficult to predict and can be impacted by weather and other circumstances.

For the resurfacing, we will remove a few inches of the pavement then make any necessary repairs, and place a layer of leveling asphalt. We will replace any pedestrian ramps at crosswalks that need it, and then lay the final layer of asphalt. Later, we will adjust the manhole covers and catch basins. Then you will have a fresh street!

Once the roadwork is complete, we will seed your lawn. You will need to water the grass seed to ensure that they grow.

The City has contracted with Crestline Paving and Excavating, Inc. to complete this work. You will see their crews and sub-contracted crews throughout the duration of the construction.

Construction hours are from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. We ask that you remove any vehicles parked on the street during these times.
