Happening Now

We will begin construction on Utah St. the week of May 5.

What to Expect

This project is a full reconstruction. Crews will remove and replace the road including the curb and your driveway approach, and repair the sidewalks as needed. There will also be improvements to the storm drainage.

We will also be replacing lead water service lines on the City’s side of the water service line. While crews are there, crews are able to identify if you have a lead line on your side of the connection (from the shut off at the street to your meter). If you have a lead waterline on your side, the City of Toledo will send our contractor Hank’s Plumbing and Heating to replace that piece at no cost to you.

Once the roadwork is complete, we will seed your lawn and replace the trees. You will need to water the grass seed and tree to ensure that they grow.

The City has contracted with
E.R. Zeiler to complete this work. You will see their crews and sub-contracted crews throughout the duration of the construction.

Construction hours are from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
We ask that you remove any vehicles parked on the street during these times.
