Intersystem Care Coordination

Wraparound is a collaborative, team and strength-based approach to service and support planning. This process is individualized and ensures the family's voice and choice is heard. Facilitators encourage teams to remain persistent even when situations are difficult. The goal is to have the youth and family function and be involved in community-based services. The family's natural supports, family, friends, neighbors, and other people who care about the youth and/or family are invited and encouraged to come to the table to plan and help. This occurs all while being culturally competent.

DADS Matter Program

DADS Matter stands for Dedicated, Accountable, Determined & Strong. The need for a father in the life of a child is critical. This program aims to engage and empower young men in the lives of their children through consistent and positive contact. We hope to help fathers set priorities and develop effective parenting skills. During meetings, we emphasize the important role of fathers in supporting a child’s physical, emotional, and behavioral needs; the benefits of a positive relationship; and the risks of failing to fulfill responsibilities.
