Secor Senior Lofts Groundbreaking

Toledo Mayor Wade Kapszukiewicz; Pete Schwiegeraht, senior vice president of development, midwest region for MVAH Partners, and James C. Cetovich, vice president and project executive of Ruscilli Construction Co Inc., will celebrate the groundbreaking of the Secor Senior Lofts, affordable senior housing, 3837 Secor Rd., near the intersection of Secor Road and Monroe Street, at 10 a.m., Tuesday, March 23.
Members of the media are asked to wear face coverings during the event and maintain at least a six-foot distance from others.
