Eligibility Criteria
Customers must meet all of the criteria below to be eligible for the program.
- Live inside the city of Toledo
- Live in a home with an individual water meter
- Be named on the DPU contract (homeowner), or have a landlord-tenant agent authority agreement on file (renter)
- Provide proof of total household income below the household income maximums below
