Application Process

Pre-Application

Submit the pre-application form below.

Income Verification

A representative will reach out to you within 2-4 weeks to complete any additional income verification as needed.

Enrollment

We will reach out once your application is confirmed. Once enrolled, your discount will applied to water volume charges back to the date you filled out the pre-application.

Pre-Application Form

Account Information

Tenants

Tenants must have a landlord-tenant agent authority agreement on file (renter) with the utility in order to be eligible for this discount.

For a household of 1, your total household income must be $29,160 or below to qualify.


For a household of 2, your total household income must be $39,440 or below to qualify.


For a household of 3, your total household income must be $49,720 or below to qualify.


For a household of 4, your total household income must be $60,000 or below to qualify.


For a household of 5, your total household income must be $70,280 or below to qualify.


For a household of 6, your total household income must be $80,560 or below to qualify.


For a household of 7, your total household income must be $90,840 or below to qualify.


For a household of 8, your total household income must be $101,120 or below to qualify.
