Public Input Needed for Consolidated Plan to the U.S. Dept. of Housing & Urban Development

Wednesday, October 30, 2019

The City of Toledo submits a Consolidated Plan to the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development every five years. The plan identifies housing and community development needs and sets the city’s strategic objectives and activities to address its housing and community development needs through federal block grant funding from HUD.

For each year of the five-year period, the city must submit an Annual Action Plan that outlines how the city will spend the federal funds it receives annually from HUD.

The city is seeking public input by Nov. 9 to identify needs, set priorities, and allocate funding.
