Sound Asylum Notice of Public Meeting and Comment Period

The City of Toledo and Lucas County Land Bank are conducting a public meeting and accepting public comments on the removal of underground storage tanks at 2582 Monroe Street, Toledo, Ohio 43620.

The Land Bank is announcing plans to remove underground storage tanks from this property with support from a U.S. EPA Brownfield Cleanup Revolving Grant from the City of Toledo. This removal action is necessary to allow future redevelopment of this property.

The public is invited to attend a Public Meeting to provide information about the remediation action. The Public Meeting will be held virtually on Zoom on Thursday, April 22nd from 5:30-6:00 p.m. Representatives from the City of Toledo and Land Bank will be available to answer questions during this time.
