Toledo Lead Line Replacement Program Financing

The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency intends to finance the Toledo Lead Line Replacement program through its Water Supply Revolving Loan Account (WSRLA) after reviewing the Limited Environmental Review (LER).
The LER describes the project, costs involved and the environmental benefits of completing the Lead Line Replacement for Toledo and the drinking water sustainability. Making available this LER fulfills Ohio EPA’s environmental review and public notice requirements for this loan program.
