Notice of Funding Availability
The City of Toledo's Housing and Community Development Department announces the availability of $3,715,193 for Affordable Rental Housing Development and $3,000,000 for Supportive Services.
Non-profit organizations, for-profit organizations, and public agencies are eligible to apply for the Affordable Rental Housing Development funds.
Organizations, agencies (including public housing agencies), for-profit and non-profit organizations are eligible to apply for the Supportive Services funds.
Funds will be awarded to organizations serving qualified populations, including: homeless; extremely low income; those fleeing or attempting to flee domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, stalking, or human trafficking; those at risk of housing instability; and veterans.
The City will host two application workshops in July 2024.

- HOME-ARP Supportive Services July 23, 11 a.m. - 1 p.m.
Applications must be submitted online via the Zoom Grants platform. No paper or emailed applications will be accepted. Deadline to submit applications is August 30, 2024 at 4:45 p.m. The complete Notice of Funding Availability provides additional information including proposal submittal requirements and evaluation criteria.
