Advancing Systemic Change

The City of Toledo's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Department partners with community organizations to incrase opportunities to advance systemic change throughout the community. We believe that someone's background and location should not determine their livelihood.

The City seeks to increase opportunities to advance systemic change throughout the community in line with our strategic priorities including basic services, quality investment, customer service, workplace culture, and the environment.
