To support interested contractors in navigating the application process, a help session is scheduled for Monday, December 11 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 5 to 6 p.m. To support interested contractors in navigating the application process. All bids must be submitted before the deadline on Tuesday, January 7, at 1:30 p.m.
Staff will be able to assist and or answer questions regarding the following requirements:
- Contract Paperwork
- Insurance Requirements
- Tax compliance
- Uploading documents into PlanetBids
We will not help with the bid amounts since it is a competitive bid.
Things to know
- Please bring a laptop, computers will be available but limited.
- Staff from the Division of Purchases and Supplies will be assisting contractors complete paperwork and checking for tax compliance.
