City of Toledo Announces Public Hearing and Comment Period for 2nd Substantial Amendment to the 2015-2019 Five-Year Consolidated Plan and 2019-2020 Action

The City of Toledo Department of Neighborhoods is seeking comments on its Substantial Amendment to the 2015-2019 Five-Year Consolidated Plan and 2019-2020 Action Plan to be submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.


This is an amendment to the 2015-2019 Five-Year Consolidated Plan and the 2019-2020 Action Plan to enable the City of Toledo to receive $1,526,505 in COVID-19 Community Development Block Grant-CV (CDBG-CV) funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) made available through the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES Act) to implement a COVID-19 Emergency Mortgage Assistance Program.

The Consolidated Plan and Action Plan Substantial Amendment will be available for review beginning Friday, Jan. 8, 2021, on the websites of the following:

This Consolidated Plan and Action Plan amendment will also be available for a five-day public review and comment period from Monday, Jan. 11, 2021 to Friday, Jan. 15, 2021. Anyone wishing to submit written comments during the public review and comment period may mail them, postmarked no later than Friday, Jan. 15, 2021, to the following address:
