Public Utilities Online Billing Scheduled System Upgrade

The city of Toledo Public Utilities online billing service will unavailable from 6 p.m., today, June 28 to 7 a.m. Monday, July 1 during a scheduled system upgrade.

Customers can make payments by phone through the Paymentus system by calling 866-417-0726 or by using the Paymentus online system at this link: https://ipn.paymentus.com/rotp/COTL. Customers may receive a $1 rebate for each billing period when they choose paperless billing, which is an option with the city’s online billing system.
